Spacious, comfy, and clean rooms; helpful and friendly staff; fantastic location; delicious Indian breakfast; cozy rooftop terrace; great value for money; quiet and peaceful sleep despite being near the busy area.

It was such wonderful experience, I will be back. Unbeatable location, amiable and beautiful staff and owner. The breakfast was savoury; I loved quiet atmosphere. Setting short walk to Santa Cruz Basilica, fort Kochi, restaurants/shops: )

The host and staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms are cute, clean, and spacious with a comfy bed. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The common space on the top floor is cozy and the kitchen is free for guests to use. The owner is a helpful guide and goes above and beyond to make your trip a success. a wonderful experience and the best place to stay!

Me and my friends had a blast staying here. The rooms were super cool, with strong AC and free WiFi. We loved chilling on the rooftop terrace, it had such a chill vibe. Plus, the hotel was in a great location, right near all the cool spots in Fort Kochi. Definitely coming back!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more late-night fun. It would have been lit if the hotel had its own bar or organized some kind of party for us young party animals.

We stayed at Seaway's Inn for two nights while exploring the city. The rooms were cozy, well-priced, and conveniently located near popular sites. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of local and continental dishes, served with a friendly smile. The terrace and small kitchen were also great amenities for solo travelers. we had a fantastic experience with attentive staff and a great location.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Quirky and fun design: The room featured a private entrance that made me feel like a secret agent, and the tile/marble floor made me feel like a VIP walking the red carpet. It was like staying in my very own spy headquarters!
Claustrophobic room size.

This place was a fantastic starting point for exploring, we had a wonderful time staying there in a busy area close to a church, and we are planning to return after enjoying 2 nights.

We had a very delightful trip. The building we stayed in was nice. The breakfast was traditional and there was a variety of food. We thoroughly enjoyed the way the very kind staff received us. The location was great, only a 10-15 minute walk from Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica.

We had a lovely stay close to the center of the area and the church, just a 10-minute walk from the beach.

The guesthouse's location is perfect, as it is close to all the main attractions in Fort Cochin. It is conveniently situated right by the church, allowing easy access to explore the area. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good geyser in the washroom for quick hot water. there is a lovely communal space and cooking facilities available to use, making it a convenient choice for those who prefer self-catering.
The room could feel a bit small and claustrophobic for some guests, but considering the affordable price, it is still a decent accommodation option.

I had the most amazing stay at a gem of a place in Fort Kochi. The host, Firoz, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic experience. He assisted me in arranging transportation, provided me with insider tips on local attractions, and even helped me secure tickets. The colorful and cozy rooms were both clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, as everything was within walking distance. I especially loved the terrace area and small kitchen, which would be perfect for solo travelers. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Fort Kochi.
There were occasional power cuts and the ventilation in the room could have been better, but it didn't overshadow my wonderful experience at Seaway'S Inn.

The room at Seaway's Inn was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me. The flat-screen TV provided some entertainment, while the private bathroom with free toiletries was a convenient touch. I especially loved the private entrance and the cool tile/marble floor.
Some may find the air conditioning a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me personally.
